The tiny bubbles (cavitating nuclei) present in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field. When a shock wave is generated, thousands of atmospheric pressures are generated around it, destroying the insoluble dirt and dispersing them in the cleaning liquid. When the group particles are wrapped by the oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning member, the oil is emulsified, and the solid particles are Disengaged, thereby achieving the purpose of purifying the surface of the cleaning member.
The ultrasonic vibration plate adopts the input cleaning method, which is composed of an ultrasonic generator and a vibration plate. The length and width of the vibration plate can be customized. Different sizes determine the number of the vibration head, and the number of the vibration head determines the vibration plate. The ultrasonic power, the size of the different cleaning capacity can be used. The connecting line between the vibration plate and the generator is generally made of heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant hard pipe and hose. The vibration plate can be installed in the bottom vibration type, the side vibration type and the top vibration type, and different installation methods are adopted according to the use scenario.
