The washing machine is a fully automatic, cleaning process controlled by a programmable controller, and the ultrasonic cleaning section, the spray section, the air knife cutting section and the cold wind section made of stainless steel are continuously operated from washing to drying. . The operator places the workpiece on the feeding conveyor belt, and the transmission device sends the workpiece to each cleaning station in turn. After ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning, water cutting and hot air drying, the workpiece is sent to the discharging end, and the workpiece is individually sent to the discharging end. For more complex workpieces, manual blower water cutting is required. The operator removes the workpiece at the discharge end and transfers it to another process. The cleaning and drying part of the whole set is a closed room structure, with a detachable observation window, a push-in movable maintenance door and a good reserved exhaust pipe.
