Automatic polishing wax cleaning machine for hardware industry
The polishing process is divided into three steps: rough throwing, medium throwing and fine throwing, and fine throwing. For optimum performance, a targeted polishing wax must be used. For example, a coffee pot used for boiling water produces polishing wax during the production process. The polishing wax on the surface needs to be removed, and ultrasonic cleaning is an ideal cleaning method. It can be used for tank cleaning or by hanging ultrasonic cleaning. Regardless of the method used for cleaning, the most important thing is to polish the wax in the process of the washing machine. Dewaxing is the most difficult. It must be washed with high-frequency ultrasonic waves of suitable power, and the temperature should reach 70-80 degrees.
The basic principle and characteristics of ultrasonic
The 28/40 KHZ super-audio electrical signal generated by the ultrasonic generator is converted into a mechanical oscillation of the same frequency by the piezoelectric effect of the transducer and radiated in the cleaning liquid in the form of a super-audio mechanical wave. Due to the alternating action of the positive pressure zone and the negative pressure zone of the super-audio mechanical wave propagation, numerous tiny bubbles of more than 1000 atmospheres are generated and blasted at any time to form a fine local high-pressure bombardment on the surface of the cleaning object, so that the dirt on the surface of the object and the gap is rapid. Peeling, this is the "cavitation effect" unique to ultrasonic cleaning.
The first two tanks: ultrasonic solvent cleaning tank
