1: Pre-sales service:

2: In-sale service
During the product installation process, the company sent professional engineering and technical personnel to assist in the installation on site. The relevant personnel on the site shall not be exchanged without the user's consent (the user has the right to propose to replace the on-site personnel of the company). During the entire product installation, testing and commissioning, the company's on-site personnel should promptly find and discover various aspects, and get in touch with relevant parties in time (the relevant issues are submitted in writing) to ensure that the products meet the design and use requirements. Actively contact the user's engineering and technical personnel and the training of the operation and maintenance personnel, and ask them to intervene during the installation process, on the one hand, let them supervise the installation quality, on the other hand, let them pay attention to the function and operation of the equipment. 3: After sales service
The company is responsible for free training and maintenance personnel at the user site. Training content: daily mechanical and electrical maintenance of equipment operation; after training, trainees should be able to operate equipment independently
The product is in actual use. The company regularly contacts with users, masters the operational status, and sends people to the site regularly or irregularly to understand the actual use of the product.
