- Copper recovery process by Micro-etching solution electrolysis
1. Electrolytic oxygen-breaking-electrodepositing copper process is used to treat Micro-etching solution to recover copper and greatly reduce the pressure of environmental protection treatment. PLC automatic control of production process.
2. Micro-etching is the pretreatment process in the production of PCB. It consists of ammonium persulfate/sulphuric acid or sodium persulfate/sulphuric acid or hydrogen peroxide/sulphuric acid system, which is used to dissolve copper for the purpose of surface roughening. The effect of sodium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide is to increase the oxidation value of sulfuric acid solution and achieve rapid etching of copper. If copper is to be recovered from the solution, the components of sodium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide must be removed or decomposed first, then electrolytic copper can be reduced by electrolysis. The removal methods include electrolytic decomposition or reductant addition.
3. Advantages of direct electrolysis: small equipment occupation, small investment, no need for other auxiliary materials, simple operation, electrical efficiency of 70%. The total treatment cost is lower than other processes.

The Micro-etching liquid regeneration cycle system consists of three parts:
1. Start the add-on system:
By controlling the content of copper ion in Micro-etching tank, the potion can be added automatically to ensure that the content of copper ion can be controlled within the normal working range and that the prescribed content of other components can be ensured at the same time.
2. Copper extraction system device:
Extraction of high-purity copper by electrolysis.
3. Microetching Drug Adjustment System:
The Micro-etching regeneration solution which has reduced the copper content is added with adjusting agent to meet the requirements of production and to be used in production. When the system is running, only the overflow outlet of the equipment in the Micro-etching process is connected to the pipeline, and the waste liquid is directly introduced into the recycling equipment. After treatment, the system is automatically added to the Micro-etching process and recycled back to the Micro-etching process.
