The cleaning machine is an automatic cleaning device. The cleaning process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). At the same time, the pneumatic door of the inlet and outlet is automatically closed, and the multi-arm robot sends the cleaning basket to the ultrasonic rough washing tank for preliminary cleaning, and then sends the cleaning basket to each process step in turn, and the workpiece is subjected to multi-stage cleaning treatment and vacuum drying. The multi-arm manipulator then returns the cleaning basket to the inner end of the infeed and discharge conveyor chain, that is, the loading and unloading station, and the pneumatic door of the inlet and outlet ports is automatically opened, and the feeding and conveying chain automatically sends the cleaning basket to the outer end, that is, the loading and unloading end. The structure of the tank body: The material of the tank body is made of high quality imported SUS316L and 2mm stainless steel plate. The bottom of the tank is provided with a drain valve, and the bottom is equipped with an input type ultrasonic vibration plate. The bottom of the shock plate is provided with a detachable stainless steel filter net, an external stainless steel float type liquid level gauge, an automatic liquid level alarm system, and an overflow port at the rear. Design a V-groove for each slot. It is equipped with a flanged slag port for easy cleaning of excess impurities. It is equipped with a circulation system to effectively keep the solvent evenly circulated.
Ultrasonic system: It consists of ultrasonic generator, transducer, cable and so on.
Ultrasonic generator: The ultrasonic generator adopts Chengchengshan self-developing and has a long service life. With overload protection, automatic tracking of liquid level frequency, full digital sweeping and other functions. The power conversion efficiency can reach over 95%, and the power output is stable and reliable.
Transducer:

Introduction of transducer bonding process: The bonding surface of the transducer is first sandblasted before bonding, and then the screw is planted by the seeding machine; thus the transducer is glued with special adhesive when bonding. Circulating filtration system: It consists of explosion-proof pump, pressure gauge and stainless steel bag filter. The cleaning liquid passes through (reservoir→Y partition→pump→filter→stainless steel pipe/ball valve→cleaning tank→storage tank) to form a self-circulation, and the impurities in the cleaning liquid are filtered out.
The flow pump and the strength of the lift of the circulating pump ensure that the suspended dust in the cleaning fluid is taken away, and the filtration precision is 10 μm (can be adjusted according to the specific conditions).
Heating control system: thermocouple temperature measurement, digital display temperature controller, temperature control range: room temperature 1~100 °C adjustable, can be locked.
Low level protection system: When the liquid level of the cleaning tank is lower than the set value, the float type liquid level control touches the float switch, signals and cuts off the heating of the tank and the pump power supply.
Cleaning solution: hydrocarbon washing agent.
Other technical requirements: the tank body is covered with insulation cotton, and the slag mouth, overflow port and drain port are provided.
