Original water tank
Since the raw water flow rate and pressure are not very stable, the flow rate will be unstable and affect the filtration effect. At the same time, in order to avoid impact on the pre-processor, the original water tank needs to be configured to buffer and balance the water pressure. It is equipped with two sets of liquid level control valves. When one group reaches the high water level, it informs the inlet valve to close to prevent water from overflowing. When the water level is low, the inlet valve will open the water supply; the other group will notify the original water pump when it reaches the low water level. Stop working to prevent the original water pump from idling due to lack of water. When refilling the water to a high water level, the original water pump can be restarted to avoid frequent movements.
2. Original water pump
Primarily used to overcome the pre-processor resistance during operation while providing sufficient water flow to backwash the pre-processor. The low water level valve of the original water tank prevents it from running out of water.
3. Quartz sand filter
Quartz filters are an important pre-treatment unit for the system. It is mainly used to remove impurities and colloids such as rust, sediment and algae in water, reduce the turbidity of water, make the turbidity of effluent less than 0.5NTU, CODMN less than 1.5mg/L, iron content less than 0.05mg/L, SDI≤5. The front and back wash can be carried out through the control valve to wash away the dirt on the surface to prevent it from clogging and restore its filtering ability.

The high-flatness, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant end face seals open and close, have good sealing performance and long service life.

4. Activated carbon filter
Activated carbon has strong adsorption and filtration performance, and has strong adsorption to residual chlorine, heterochromatic, odor, organic matter and microorganisms in water. Since the reverse osmosis membrane is very sensitive to residual chlorine and organic matter, it is necessary to dispose the activated carbon to adsorb residual chlorine and organic matter, so that the residual chlorine of the effluent is ≤0.1mg/L, and SDI≤4, which satisfies the water supply requirement of the reverse osmosis membrane. The front and back wash can be carried out through the control valve to wash away the dirt on the surface to prevent it from clogging and restore its processing capacity.
