The replacement parts will be provided with a one-year warranty from the date of replacement.
2. After the expiration of the warranty period, the seller will provide lifetime maintenance for its products, provide technical support and accessories support for life, and guarantee the supply of spare parts and consumables. If the manufacturer stops the production of the contract equipment, The seller informs the buyer in advance so that the buyer can purchase the spare spare parts. After the production is stopped, if requested by the buyer, the seller shall provide the buyer with the technical drawings of the drawings, specifications and technical requirements of the spare Parts free of charge.
3. If the seller replies to the solution within 8 hours after receiving the equipment failure information, if it still cannot be resolved, contact the manufacturer's professional maintenance personnel within 48 hours to arrive at the scene to eliminate the fault.
4. After the seller has passed the test and acceptance test, the seller will be followed provided with routine inspection and maintenance services within one year, and the service number is not less than 3 times.
5. If the equipment is faulty due to improper use by the buyer, the seller should first contact the manufacturer to dispatch professional maintenance personnel to eliminate the fault and then negotiate the expenses incurred.</sup>
