The vacuum cleaning and drying machine utilizes the physical changes of the liquid under vacuum to change certain characteristics of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent and the object to be cleaned, thereby facilitating the harm and avoiding the advantages of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent. The main role of vacuum technology in cleaning is:
1. Remove the air from the cleaning agent to reduce the attenuation of the ultrasonic waves.
In order to improve the cleaning effect, the ultrasonic technology is generally used in the washing machine, and the ultrasonic vibration is used to emit more than 100,000 sound pressures which are audible to the human ear by tens of thousands of vibrations per second. In the case of cleaning, the ultrasonic waves are radially in the liquid, causing the cleaning liquid to flow to generate a large amount of vacuum bubbles. This phenomenon is the action of holes, the flow of liquid generated by the action of such holes and the tens of thousands of high-pressure vacuum. The energy generated by the instantaneous bursting of the bubble constantly impacts the surface of the quilt cleaning object, so that the dirt on the surface and the gap is rapidly peeled off.
However, under normal pressure, air bubbles dissolved in the cleaning agent generate bubbles when they encounter ultrasonic waves, and the cavitation of the ultrasonic waves is greatly attenuated, and the cleaning effect is weakened. Under vacuum, the gas in the cleaning agent is released, thereby avoiding the attenuation of the ultrasonic waves. This effect can be verified from the aluminum foil test: a non-vacuum degassing and vacuum degassing hydrocarbon cleaning agent is added to the cleaning tank, and the aluminum foil is cleaned for one minute using ultrasonic waves of the same power, and the result is not degassed. The cleaning agent showed a slight vibration and the aluminum foil was essentially unchanged. The vacuum degassing cleaning agent violently vibrates, and the aluminum foil quickly shows many holes.
2. Eliminate the air in the surface of the workpiece and the pores to improve the cleaning effect.
In the conventional cleaning, the cleaning effect is not ideal because the air in the blind holes, the rough surface and the small gap cannot be discharged, which affects the infiltration of the cleaning agent and causes the blind holes to be cleaned. After applying the vacuum technology, the air in the surface of the component, the gap and the blind hole can be completely discharged, so that the cleaning agent is completely immersed in each part of the workpiece, so that the parts of the workpiece can achieve the best cleaning effect. For workpieces with complex construction and deep blind holes, all air can be discharged through two or more vacuuming and exhausting processes. Therefore, under vacuum, the cleaning effect is better than under normal pressure.
