Hydraulic Valve Industry Specific Full Automatic Spray Cleaner Machine Cleaning Vacuum Drying Line

This cleaning equipment is specially used for the final cleaning of the hydraulic system valve industry. Its main function is to clean the oil, impurities, particles and dirt on the surface of the workpiece, and dry the surface of the workpiece. We have designed a fully automatic cleaning and drying system. The equipment is designed with rotating, spraying and drying systems. It has the characteristics of thorough cleaning effect, high efficiency and stable performance.

The first and second tanks are used to illustrate:

First tank: ultrasonic cleaning agent tank

1. Cleaning tank:

(1) Size of inner tank: 800 x 690 x 660 (L x W x H mm)

The effective size of the inner tank of the removal plate is 600 x 690 x 660 (L x W x H mm).

(2) The tank body is made of SUS304 2.0mm national standard stainless steel plate.

(3) An overflow device is provided, and the outflow cleaning liquid enters the storage tank and is injected into the main tank after cyclic filtration.

(4) Equipped with intake valves, sewage valves, sewage into the main drainage pipe;

(5) Heating: tubular heating device, heating power 12KW. The heating temperature can be adjusted at 50-60 (, in order to prevent heat loss, all the outer tanks of heating parts are covered with insulating cotton, the thickness of insulating cotton is 10mm, and the temperature control tolerance is (+5 C) (the same below). The single display temperature controller adopts the Japanese brand "Omron".

(6) Cleaning medium: cleaning agent + municipal water + ultrasonic

2. Ultrasonic system:

(1) Ultrasonic frequency: 28KHZ;

(2) Ultrasonic power: 4800W

(3) Ultrasonic shocks: 96 shocks are installed in each tank, and the power of the shocks is 50W/shocks. The two-side vibration mode is adopted, with one on each side.

3. Storage tank:

(1) Size of inner tank: 450 x 350 x 600 (L x W x Hmm)

(2) The tank body is made of SUS304 2mm stainless steel plate with 10mm thick insulating cotton.

(3) Setting up alarm control system for low level protection.

(4) Heating mode: stainless steel tube heating

Heating power: 6KW

4. Cyclic filtration system:

(1) Stainless steel filter pump power: 370W, "South" brand, flow: 30L/min, continuous filtration cycle;

(2) Stainless steel filter set;

Second and third tanks: ultrasonic city water cleaning and rinsing tank
