Purification principle: The selection of exhaust gas purification equipment is determined according to the nature of the exhaust gas, the treatment volume and the treatment requirements. To ensure the emission of exhaust gas pollution, it is our goal to establish a harmless clean production process. The equipment should be optimized and combined to form a process flow with high efficiency, low cost and low energy consumption.
The working principle of the exhaust gas treatment equipment is to separate the pollutants in the gas and convert them into harmless substances to achieve the purpose of purifying the gas. It belongs to the differential contact countercurrent type, and the packing in the tower body is the basic condition for the gas-liquid two-phase contact. It provides a large enough area to prevent excessive gas and liquid flow. Absorption waste is the main medium for treating exhaust gas. Its nature and progress are selected according to the nature of different exhaust gases. The consumption of unit gas is determined by calculating the ratio of the friction flow of the absorbent to the inert gas. The exhaust gas is sucked by the air duct and passes through the packing scrap from bottom to top. The circulating absorbent passes through the liquid distributor from the top of the tower, is evenly sprayed into the packing scrap, flows down the surface of the packing scrap, and enters the circulating water tank. Since the updraft and the descending absorbent are not in contact with the packing, the fluidity of the ascending gas stream is getting lower and lower, and the discharge requirement is reached by the top of the column.

The exhaust pipe is located at the top of the production line. The design is reasonable and reasonable. The position, size, branch pipe and main pipe of the exhaust vent are arranged neatly, beautifully and harmoniously. It has good ventilation effect to ensure timely and completely exhausted exhaust gas emitted from the tank.
For long pipelines, the pressure loss of the ventilation duct is very large, resulting in poor air extraction at the end of the net. In order to make the drafts of the production line basically the same, it is required to have an effective duct layout, and be provided on each suction branch pipe. The air volume adjusting device can adjust the amount of air exhausted at will to ensure the exhausting effect of the entire production line.
