^{One: The equipment cleans the workpiece:}

• 1-1 Name and materials: glass products, mobile phone touch screen panel glass.
• ^{1-2 Workpiece size: 4 to 7 inch touch screen glass.}
• ^{1-3 User cleaning sub-blue specification: L310 × W240 × H100mm.}
• ^{1-4 Blue-out emission method: Place two baskets in the cleaning tank and place them in a single layer.}

^{Two: Description of the equipment:
The washing machine is a fully automatic special optical glass ultrasonic cleaning system. The cleaning process is controlled by PLC. 11 ultrasonic cleaning tanks made of stainless steel, ultrasonic rinsing tanks and slow pull tanks form a continuous working device. When working, the cleaning blue is manually placed on the loading table, and the conveying system sends the cleaning blue to each process in turn, and finally the material is discharged from the upper and lower materials. Except for loading and unloading, there is no manual intervention in the whole cleaning and drying process. The whole machine is fully enclosed and equipped with a detachable observation and maintenance door. The specific structure is shown in the attached drawings and the following description.}
