I. Overview: This waste gas treatment tower is mainly used for acid-alkaline gas before anodizing.
The working environment of the workshop will also pollute the surrounding environment and affect the health of the staff. According to the relevant national environmental protection regulations, the gas containing the pollutants needs to be treated and discharged before reaching the standard. To this end, the company will use different treatment methods for different exhaust gases based on the actual situation on site and the relevant experience of the company for exhaust gas treatment for many years. The acid mist gas is absorbed by sodium hydroxide, and the alkali mist gas is absorbed by nitric acid. The wastewater produced will enter the wastewater treatment station for treatment.

Third, the processing technology:

Working principle: The exhaust gas generated in the production process is pumped into the purification tower studio through the exhaust hood and air duct on the production line, and sent to the purification tower processor through the non-equal speed returning air supply system. After the acid-base gas is sprayed, it passes through the filler chips composed of the most novel multi-faceted hollow ball filler, and then sprayed through 1-2 channels to make the gas-liquid two-phase large-area contact and absorption, resulting in a neutralization reaction. The treated gas is then degassed by gas-water separation and then discharged into the atmosphere through a discharge pipe, and the gas emitted at this time is much lower than the national emission standard.
