Ultrasonic degreasing tank 1
1) Basic structure
1 It is made of SUS316 stainless steel plate by bending and welding. The thickness of the plate is 2mm, which ensures that the tank body is not deformed, beautiful, non-leakage, corrosion-resistant and easy to maintain.
2 In-tank size (L × W × H): 1400 × 2400 × 1300mm.
3 The outside of the tank is reinforced with 25*50*3.0 A3 square pass. After the surface is treated with anti-corrosion treatment, it is filled with 50mm thick glass fiber insulation cotton, and the outside is covered with 1.0mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate.
4 The top of the enclosed room is ventilated and the gas can be fully extracted.
5 Each tank has three “V”-type PP material positioning seats, which are accurate and reliable.
2) Piping
1 Inlet pipe: ¢ 3/4" SS pipe (with pipe fitting / ball valve).
2 Drainage pipe: ¢ 2" SS pipe (with pipe fitting / ball valve).
3 Air agitation: ¢ 3/4" SS tube.
3) Ultrasound system
1 Ultrasonic frequency: 28KHZ.
2 Ultrasonic power: 2.88KW.
3 The shock plate box is installed with the shock head. The material of the shock plate box is SUS3016/2B plate with a thickness of 2.5mm made in Japan. The surface of the shock plate is hard chrome plated.
4 The shock box is installed on the left and right sides of the tank, and 5 pieces are installed on the left and right sides. There are 10 shock plates, and each shock plate is equipped with 48 shocks. Each shock head is 60W, and the shock chip is the Japanese "NTK" brand.
4) Heating system
1 Heating method: tube heater heating.
2 Heating power 12*5KW, a total of 60KW.
3 Using automatic digital display temperature controller to control temperature, Teflon temperature probe for temperature detection, heating can be grouped and controlled. When the heating reaches the set temperature value, only one group is used for constant temperature.
4 Safety measures: Low liquid level alarm device, when the water level is lower than the minimum liquid level, the pump and heating system are automatically turned off.
5) Oil-water separation system
1 It consists of separation tank + filter pump + filter + circulation line.
2 Working principle: The solvent in the main tank overflows to the separation tank through the overflow port. After coarse filtration through the filter screen of the separation tank, the oil is separated by the oil separation plate, and the oil flows into the sewage main pipe through the overflow port. The water is filtered by the filter pump. After filtering through the filter and entering the main tank, the repeated work is repeated, and the oil-water separation operation is completed.
3 Separation tank dimensions (L*W*H): 600*600*600mm.
4 Made of SUS316 stainless steel plate by bending and welding, the plate thickness is 2mm.
5 Filter pump: South stainless steel pump, domestic famous brand, model CHL-8-40, power 1.5KW, filtration accuracy: 10μ.
