1 Prepare before starting up
1.1 Connect the air supply to the machine. Check that the air supply pressure is within the rated standard (04-0.6 MPa). Below 0.4MPa, it will affect the cleaning effect and reduce the production efficiency (too low to start the machine). Above 0.6 MPa will cause damage to the machine's pneumatic system and damage to related components. To adjust the pressure: Gently pull up the regulator adjustment knob, rotate to the right --- increase the pressure; rotate to the left --- reduce the pressure. After reaching the required pressure, gently press the adjustment knob, the air pressure is locked, the pressure regulation is completed, the air source is connected, and the display light is prominent, so that the follow-up work can be continued.
1.2 Check that the top exhaust duct is clear. If it is not connected or not, it will result in poor cleaning effect, machine damage and environmental damage.
1.3 Check the solvent storage through the glass viewport on the door panel. The normal state is to reach the M position (40L) or higher to meet the cleaning effect. This model has a maximum storage capacity of 70L.
1.4 Check if the ball valves of the liquid path are in normal condition. The normal state is: ball valve A (the ball valve connected to the pump outlet filter), ball valve C (the ball valve connected to the reservoir inlet), ball valve B (the pump outlet is inserted into the white PE tube ball valve), the ball valve D (the pump inlet) The white PE tube ball valve is closed.
1.5 If the amount of solvent is not enough, please add it in time. See the addition solvent method for the addition method.
2 time setting
2.1 Cleaning time setting (see the figure below) Gently rotate the chronograph cover lock lock to the left, pull up the protective cover, gently press the white lock button on the index finger of the left hand, and gently press the other three black setting buttons on the right index finger. , set the time required. After setting it, gently release your finger, lower the protective cover, and lock the protective cover lock. The general cleaning time is 4-6 minutes, which will vary depending on the actual situation. The timer is measured in seconds (S) and the setting range is 10-999 seconds (S). Cannot be set to 0, otherwise the machine will not start and may damage the timer and other components
2.2 Setting the drying time The operation method is the same as the cleaning time setting. The general drying time is 4-8 minutes depending on the actual situation. The time for water based solvents will be extended.
2.3 Cleaning and drying time are automatically reset. That is, set once, N times. 8.2.4 Use of Counter This counter is an incremental counter. Each time a steel mesh is cleaned, it is automatically counted into the system and incremented one by one. The count range is 0-999999 sheets. Mainly used for cleaning work statistics, timely replacement of consumables (filters). Generally, the filter element needs to be replaced when the cleaning work reaches 500 sheets. It varies depending on the cleaning product. When the counter shows that the number reaches the target number, press
3 steel mesh placement
3.1 Hold the steel mesh with both hands and gently place the front part on the sliding groove roller of the cleaning room, and gently push forward to the sliding plate steel mesh fixing fixture. Pay attention to the centering, the steel mesh is in the middle of the fixed fixture and the chute, and the top of the steel mesh is in the middle of the steel mesh fixing fixture at the top of the cleaning chamber. 3.2 When placing the steel mesh, please note that the steel mesh should not be in contact with the door sealing strip, so as to avoid damage to the steel mesh and the sealing strip.
3.3 After the steel mesh is placed, close the cleaning door. Keep the inner door closed, otherwise the solvent will be sprayed out of the room, causing damage to the machine or environmental damage, and may cause personal injury.
3.4 After the inner door is closed, continue to close the outer security door. The safety door is closed and the display light is highlighted to continue the subsequent operation. If the safety door is not closed, the indicator will retract and the machine will not start. Once you have it switched off, you can start the machine.
