2: Equipment description
The cleaning machine is a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine. The cleaning process is controlled by PLC. Six cleaning lines consist of ultrasonic cleaning tank, washing tank and drying device made of stainless steel. The operator puts the cleaning basket with workpiece into the cleaning tank. The gantry manipulator carries the workpiece to each working procedure in turn, and carries out a series of cleaning and drying for the workpiece. A cleaning process, the specific structure is shown in the drawings and the following description.
3: Basic Principles and Characteristics of Ultrasonic
The 28KHZ ultrasonic electric signal produced by the ultrasonic generator is transformed into mechanical oscillation at the same frequency through the piezoelectric effect of the transducer, and radiated in the cleaning solution in the form of the ultrasonic mechanical wave. Because of the alternating action of positive and negative pressure regions in the propagation of supersonic mechanical waves, numerous micro bubbles at more than 1000 atmospheric pressures are generated and exploded at any time, resulting in a fine local high pressure bombardment on the surface of the cleaner, which causes the rapid exfoliation of dirt on the surface and crevices of the object. This is the "cavitation effect" peculiar to the ultrasonic cleaning.
4: Configuration of matching sewage treatment system, using low-pressure distillation (oil-water separation), the specific requirements are as follows.
