The alkaline etching liquid recycling system is a clean production equipment upgraded by PCB enterprise's etching process technology transformation. 1. Overview
The system is a set of high-tech, environmental protection equipment, is designed for the treatment of alkaline etching wastewater and a fully enclosed system, without any waste water, waste discharge. The system can not only regenerate the waste etching solution and return it to the etching line for use, but also provide stable etching effect for the etching line, and create enormous economic benefits and environmental benefits. After the system is connected with the etcher, it can automatically circulate and recycle the etching solution and ammonia washing water.
2. Main functions and characteristics
The waste etching solution is regenerated, and the regenerated etching solution can be recycled.

3. Principles
In the process of circuit board etching, the concentration of copper ion in etching solution will gradually increase and the etching effect will be reduced. In order to achieve the best etching effect, it is necessary to keep the copper ion (Cu2+), chloride ion (Cl-) and PH values in etching solution within a reasonable and stable range, and to continue the above-mentioned composition in etching solution. The optimum concentration of fraction requires the continuous addition of molecule liquor to replace the "waste etching liquor" which has lost etching ability. The system can regenerate the waste etching liquid which was originally needed to be discharged into a new sub-liquid, i.e. regenerated etching liquid. It only needs to add a very small amount of supplement to supplement the part lost in the etching process and can be recycled. At the same time, the ammonia washing water is recycled and recycled.
